PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Presley Hill's clothing is custom made, on-demand, for each order. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to custom craft your clothes and deliver them to you. Currently, we only ship to the continental United States. We do not charge any shipping fees for orders, returns or exchanges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note, because each product is custom made for each order, refunds are issued as store credits only.


We accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery of an order for items that are in new condition only. The article must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all of the original tags still on in tact. Returns are carefully inspected and refunds will not be issued until after we approve the condition of the returned garment(s) as new.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned goods

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Your refund will be processed as a store credit within 3 business days from the date your return is delivered to Presley Hill. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

All returns and exchanges must be requested through our return authorization process by emailing support@presleyhill.com

    To expedite exchanges, they will be processed as a return, and a new order. You may purchase the same items in a different size or color, or you may choose to purchase different items entirely. A charge for the new item may appear before you receive your store credit for the exchanged item, as we handle exchanges as two separate processes.

    If any item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at  support@presleyhill.com and we will replace the item at no additional charge.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    We do not currently ship outside of the continental United States.


      REFUSED SHIPMENTS
      If you refuse a shipment from Presley Hill, you are responsible for the any incurred shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Presley Hill. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

      To request a Return Authorization, send an email with your order number and reason for return to support@presleyhill.com. If you receive damaged products Presley Hill will cover the cost of the exchange for the inconvenience. 

         
      HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
      1. You must email support@presleyhill.com to receive an RMA form (return merchandise authorization form). Please fill out the form and send back.
      2. We will email you a prepaid USPS label.
      3. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
      4. Print and apply your prepaid label to your package and arrange for shipment with USPS.
      5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
